What You Will Do

  • Promote ElmMac Digital services in your local area & online
  • Visit small businesses (shops, salons, restaurants, etc.)
  • Contact leads via WhatsApp, phone, social media
  • Bring in clients for websites, apps, branding & digital services
  • Attend weekly strategy meetups at the office
  • Earn strong commissions from every closed deal

Earning Structure

This is commission-based, but NOT small money. You can easily make R4,000 – R15,000+ per month depending on your effort.

Commission Rates:

 

Websites: 10% – 20%

 

Mobile Apps: 10% – 20%

 

Software Systems: 20% – 35%

 

Monthly Maintenance Clients: 10% recurring

 

Bonuses for deals above R8,000 and R20,000

Job Responsibilities

Freelance Marketing Agent Responsibilities (Commission-Based Role)

1. Lead Generation

  • Actively identify and approach potential clients for the company’s products or services.
  • Use online platforms, social media, personal networks, and physical outreach to attract prospects.
  • Maintain a basic pipeline/list of interested leads.

 

2. Client Outreach & Pitching

  • Present, explain, and promote the company’s services confidently.
  • Share product/service details, pricing, timelines, and benefits to potential clients.
  • Answer basic questions before handing over to the main company team when necessary.

 

3. Closing Deals

  • Follow up with interested prospects until they convert.
  • Ensure every client understands the service they’re paying for.
  • Submit all client details to the company immediately after a deal is closed.

 

4. Compliance & Representation

  • Represent the company professionally at all times—online and offline.
  • Avoid giving false information, unrealistic promises, or personal pricing outside company guidelines.
  • Follow approved branding, pricing, and communication standards.

 

5. Documentation & Reporting

  • Submit new clients’ details properly for commission tracking.
  • Keep a simple, accurate record of leads, conversations, and closed deals.
  • Report suspicious behavior, chargebacks, or potential disputes immediately.

 

6. Commission Integrity

  • Understand how commissions are calculated and when payouts occur.
  • Ensure all deals they claim commission for are verified by the company.
  • Avoid double-claiming, ghost clients, or fabricated leads (immediate termination offense).

 

7. Customer Handoff

  • Once a client pays or signs up, hand them over to the company team for onboarding or service delivery.
  • Stay accessible if the company needs additional info from the agent regarding a client.

 

8. Personal Marketing

  • Promote services using approved materials (posters, videos, links).
  • Use their social platforms, groups, WhatsApp status, and contacts to push campaigns.
  • Maintain an active online presence related to the brand (optional but beneficial).

 

9. Adherence to Territory or Niche (If Applicable)

  • Stick to the assigned region or category (e.g., web design, repairs, app dev, etc.) if the company has segmentation.
  • Avoid interfering with other agents’ leads unless approved.

 

10. Continuous Learning

  • Understand updates about products/services the company adds.
  • Attend short briefings or training sessions when required.
