How does the ticket system itself work?

Exactly at where you are, reading this article, top right hand corner, you willbe able to create a new ticket, check status of the existing ticket and so on.
When you contact our support team through email or through this platform, a unique ticket ID will be automatically created by the system so to be assigned a technical agent to help solve your querry. That same ticket ID will be used as reference of your querry untill it is resolved.

To use the ticket system, you will need to have an account. its a free account, so you will be required to register a free one.
